What is URISE?
We're a nonprofit passionately committed to closing the widening opportunity and wealth gaps for individuals and families. We place a high priority on serving underrepresented youth and young adults through workforce and economic development programs and events.

Programs for Youth
Our award-winning youth entrepreneurship programs are for students in grades 8 through 12 who live or attend school in the Metro-Hartford area. All programs are no-cost to participants (restrictions apply). Stay tuned for our 2025 schedule.

From financial empowerment programs to support youth and families, (including youth and teens) to business accelerators that support individuals looking to start, operate, or scale a business, we can help. Stay tuned for our 2025 program schedule.
